INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY IN THE AREA OF PRIJEDOR

29.12.2022. 15:39 A prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued an indictment against: 1. Slavko Puhalić, born in 1955 in Prijedor, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, 2. Željko Rudak, AKA "Deba", born in 1972 in Prijedor, citizen of BiH, 3. Dragan Škrbić, born in 1967 in Prijedor, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, 4. Dragoje Čavić, born in 1960 in Prijedor, citizen of BiH, 5. Rajko Damjanović, born in 1972 in Prijedor, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, i 6. Dragomir Šaponja, born in 1965 in Prijedor, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

29.12.2022. 15:13  A Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued an indictment against Suvada Halilović, born in 1954 in Bosanski Novi, a citizen of BiH, and Emira Vakufac, born in 1970 in Bosanski Novi, a citizen of BiH.

Ermin Kadić, born in 1964 in Bosanska Krupa, citizen of BiH 5. Amir Patković, AKA "Pače", born in 1969 in Bihać, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina 6. Irfo Velagić, AKA "Mekenzi", born in 1966 in Bosanska Krupa, citizen of BiH, 7. Suad Nesimović, born in 1971 in Bosanska Krupa, citizen of BiH.

BY ORDER OF THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BiH WAR CRIMES SUSPECT DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY IN THE AREA OF SARAJEVO

15.12.2022. 12:03  Acting on the order of a prosecutor from the Special Department for War Crimes, SIPA police officers deprived the suspect Mustafa Gegaj, born in 1957 in Sarajevo, of his liberty in the area of Sarajevo.

SIX SUSPECTS DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY IN THE CONTINUATION OF THE OPERATION

14.12.2022. 12:58  In the morning hours police officers of the Directorate for Organized and Serious Crime of the Ministry of Interior of the RS, in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton, handed over to the Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption five suspects deprived of liberty within operation "Hornet", directed at suppression of organized crime linked with illicit international trafficking of narcotic drugs.

PERSON ACCUSED OF COUNTERFEITING OF MONEY PLEADED GUILTY

13.12.2022. 12:43  In the case of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office, the accused Dario Čukić, aka "Čuka", born in 1994 in Tuzla, pleaded guilty to the criminal offense of Counterfeiting of Money under Article 205 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

JOINT OPERATION DIRECTED TOWARDS SEVERAL PERSONS SUSPECTED OF ILLICIT INTERNATIONAL TRAFFICKING IN NARCOTIC DRUGS CARRIED OUT PURSUANT TO THE ORDER OF THE BIH PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE

13.12.2022. 11:20  Acting under the supervision of a Prosecutor from the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and by order of the Court of BiH, police officers of the Directorate for Organized and Serious Crime of the RS MoI , in cooperation with Sarajevo Canton MoI, are conducting a joint operation codenamed "Hornet" in the area of Sarajevo and Foča, aimed at combating organized crime linked with illicit international trafficking in narcotic drugs.
