ON CALL PROSECUTOR GAVE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE ACTION OF THE POLICE AND COMPETENT AGENCIES AFTER THE PLANE CRASH IN PRIJEDOR

04.01.2023. 08:10  After receiving information about the plane crash in the area of Prijedor, on call prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH gave instructions to the police agencies and competent civil aviation authorities, asking them to secure the scene, as well as to undertake all necessary activities, in order to determine all the details and information in connection with the mentioned event.

30.12.2022. 13:06  A prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption issued an indictment against: Milanko Obradović, born in 1963 in Rogatica, managing employee of the customs authorities in the ITA BiH; Miroslav Bovan, born in 1964, in Konjic, an employee of the BiH Border Police; Nedžad Omerović, born in 1974 in Sarajevo, employee of the customs authorities in the ITA BiH; Stevan Teletina, born in 1969 in Nevesinje.

INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN NARCOTIC DRUGS

30.12.2022. 12:59  A Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption issued an indictment against: 1. Miloš Nikolić, born in 1993 in the municipality of Sokolac, suspended police officer of the DCPB BiH, citizen of BiH 2. Miroslav Lovrić, born in 1983 in Sarajevo, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina 3. Dalibor Lugonja, born in 1980 in Sarajevo, with previous convictions, citizen of BiH 4. Jasmin Hodo, born in 1996 in Sarajevo, with previous convictions, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

30.12.2022. 12:46 A Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued an indictment against Zoran Brzica, born in 1963 in Donji Mamići in Grude, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

30.12.2022. 12:41  A Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued an indictment against: - Admir Jakupović, born in 1980 in Sarajevo, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, - Edin Hatić, born in 1986 in Sarajevo, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, - Ermin Ljumić, born in 1989 in Sarajevo, citizen of BiH, - Abdullah Džanko, born in 1984 in Sarajevo, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, - Mirza Serdarević, born in 1980 in Sarajevo, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, - Melir Hodžić, born in 1990 in Sarajevo, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, - Samir Hodžić, born in 1976 in Sarajevo, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, - Al Rijad Fazlić, born in 1991 in Sarajevo, citizen of BiH, and - Almedin Kadić, born in 1992 in Trnovo, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

AT THE LOCATION OF ZAVINA IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF FOČA AN EXHUMATION WAS COMPLETED BY ORDER OF THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH

30.12.2022. 12:13 The remains of at least one person were found, which were sent to the PUC City Cemetery Visoko for further forensic-medical processing and identification through DNA analysis.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST 15 PERSONS FOR WAR CRIMES IN THE BANJA LUKA AREA

30.12.2022. 11:09 A Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued an indictment against a total of 15 persons for war crimes against civilians and prisoners of war, committed in the Banja Luka Military -Investigation Prison called Mali Logor /Small camp/, in the period from 1992 to 1995. 

INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY IN VLASENICA

30.12.2022. 10:55 A Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes issued an indictment against Elvis Đurić, born in 1969 in Vlasenica, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Serbia, residing in the territory of Serbia.

30.12.2022. 09:34  A Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes issued an indictment against Mustafa Gegaj, born in 1957 in Sarajevo, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

30.12.2022. 08:55  A Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes issued an indictment against Robert Brešić, born in 1969 in Livno, living in the Republic of Croatia.
