After questioning the suspects, the Assigned Prosecutors of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in two separate cases, filed motions to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for remand in custody of the suspects: Zlatko Ibrišimović (1985), an attorney and Amer Selak (1980), member of the Sarajevo Canton MoI, both from Sarajevo.

By the Decision of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) of Bosnia and Herzegovina, rendered at its session held on 20 October 2022, former Acting Chief Prosecutor Milanko Kajganić was appointed as the Chief Prosecutor.

The remains of at least two persons were exhumed at the site of village Brestovo, Kazarević hamlet in the Stanari municipality. The remains were sent for forensic medical processing and identification based on DNA analysis to the City Cemetery JK a.d. Banja Luka.

The accused, Nachinkin Nataliia (1989), a citizen of Ukraine, pleaded guilty to the criminal offense of International Enticing Persons into Prostitution under Article 187, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in conjunction with Article 29 of the same Code.

At the site of the local cemetery in the municipality of Bosanski novi/Novi Grad, the remains of two persons, who are assumed to be victims of the last war, were exhumed. The remains were sent to the City Cemetery public communal joint-stock company Banja Luka for forensic medical processing and identification based on DNA analysis.
