CUSTODY PROPOSED AGAINST ORGANIZED CRIME SUSPECT MIRKO VUKMIROVIĆ (1987)

14.03.2023. 13:22 Having questioned the suspect, the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina in charge of the case put forward a Motion to Order Custody against the suspect Mirko Vukmirović aka "Sarajlija" (formerly Vladan Pejušić), born in 1987 in Sarajevo, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Serbia, who is under investigation by the Prosecutor’s Office for the criminal offense of organized crime and for the planning and execution of serious murders committed on the territory of both entities of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.      

ORGANIZED CRIME SUSPECT EXTRADITED FROM SERBIA TO THE JUDICIARY OF BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA

13.03.2023. 15:52 At the Rača border crossing police officers of the Judicial Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina, took over the suspect Vladan Pejušić (also known as Mirko Vukmirović), born in 1987, from their colleagues from Serbia, and transported him to the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.        

INDICTMENT FILED IN ORGANISED INTERNATIONAL CRIME CASE

13.03.2023. 13:29 A prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina filed an indictment against Milan Matković, born in 1985 in Mostar, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia.    

PERSONS ACCUSED OF CORRUPTIVE CRIMINAL OFFENSE ADMITTED GUILT BY AGREEMENT

09.03.2023. 12:25 The accused Nedžad Omerović (1974), Stevan Teletina (1969) and Miroslav Bovan (1964) pleaded guilty to the corrupt offence of Accepting Gifts or other forms of Benefits and Failure to Report a Crime, in presence of a lawyer.
