30.10.2012. 15:31 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Elvis BEŠIĆ AKA "Liske" born on July 21, 1962 in Zenica, where he resides, a citizen of BiH.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST ENES PRŠIĆ (1965)

30.10.2012. 15:29 Prosecutor of Department III issued an indictment against Enes PRŠIĆ, born on August 7, 1965 in Sanski Most where he resides, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, charging him with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

CUSTODY MOTION FILED FOR A WAR CRIMES SUSPECT

29.10.2012. 15:06 Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes filed a motion to the Court of BiH to remand a person suspected of committing war crimes in Bihać and Cazin into custody.
