The prosecutor-in-charge of the
Prosecutor’s Office of BiH sent to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina a motion
to order the following suspect into custody:

The accused, Rejhan Raković
(1980) and Kenit Čakić (1994), pleaded guilty by agreement, after which they
were found guilty in the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the following
sentences were imposed on them:

On orders of the prosecutor-in-charge of the
Special Department for Organised Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption, police
officers of the Border Police of BiH are carrying out the activities of apprehending
suspects and searching several locations in the area of Banja Luka, Zenica and

Department for Organised Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption, after
interviewing the suspects, submitted a motion that a detention measure be
ordered for five suspects who were deprived of their freedom in the
continuation of the police operation codenamed “Overdose 2”.

prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed an indictment against
Draželjko Kolobarić, born in 1968 in Široki Brijeg, with criminal record,
citizen of BiH and the Republic of Croatia.

On orders of the prosecutor in charge, an expert associate
in the Special Department for War Crimes coordinated the exhumation process in
the area of Brčko, at the location of a yard in Srpska Varoš, where the remains
of a male person were found.

The indictment refers to war crimes against
victims of Serbian ethnicity in the area of Visoko and includes 109 individual
acts of execution against dozens of victims and injured parties, which are
alleged against the defendants.
