ZORAN MITROVIĆ (1979) EXTRADITED TO BIH JUDICIARY

19.03.2013. 15:47 Zoran MITROVIĆ aka "Luftika" was arrested in Budapest pursuant to an international arrest warrant issued by the Court of BiH at the request of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, and on Friday evening he was flown to Sarajevo International Airport and transferred to the Court of BiH.

14.03.2013. 15:46 The Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office has filed a motion for remand in custody and imposure of prohibiting measures to the Court of BiH for several suspects, who are under investigation focusing on detection and criminal prosecution of persons suspected of the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250, in conjunction with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
