PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH WILL APPEAL THE DECISION OF THE COURT OF BIH NOT TO ORDER CUSTODY AGAINST THE SUSPECTS OF WAR CRIMES IN ROGATICA

21.10.2013. 17:25 Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH will lodge an Appeal because custody was not ordered against the suspects of war crimes in Rogatica, in the case of Marković et al., and mention therein that these suspects are charged with very serious crimes, including the killing of dozens of people. 

PARTIES ACCUSED WITHIN THE ORGANIZED CRIME AND TAX EVASION CASE CONCLUDED PLEA AGREEMENTS. THE AGREEMENTS INCLUDE TWO LEGAL PERSONS. AN AMOUNT OF 150,000 BAM OF ILL-GOTTEN GAIN WILL BE RECOVERED FOR THE BUDGET.

21.10.2013. 17:08 The accused persons: Maja Relja, Safet Čolaković, Edo Čolaković and legal persons „SAFETY & CO“ d.o.o. /LLC/ Mostar and „KING BH“ d.o.o. /LLC/ Mostar, concluded Agreements on Admission of Guilt for the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250 in conjunction with the criminal offense of Tax Evasion or Fraud under Article 210 of the BiH CC and the criminal offense of Tax Evasion under Article 273 of the FBiH CC, all in conjunction with Article 31 of the BiH CC.

18.10.2013. 15:40 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an Indictment against Franjo Vidović, born on August 12, 1950 in Hrgovi Donji,  Gradačac Municipality, with prior convictions, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Croatia, charging him with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Arms, Military Equipment and Dual Use Products under Article 193 of the Criminal Code of BiH, in conjunction with Article 29 of the same Code.
