TERRORISM SUSPECT HANDED OVER TO THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA

17.11.2023. 14:30 Acting within his 24-hour on-call duty, the prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH received information from members of the Border Police of BiH that during border control on two occasions, four suspects were discovered in respective attempts to smuggle a total of 74 migrants, including 30 children, in vans and a passenger motor vehicle.

 

THREE ACCUSED PERSONS SIGN PLEA AGREEMENTS ADMITTING THEIR GUILT IN SKY CASE

15.11.2023. 11:02 Acting on the order of a Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, police officers of SIPA, in cooperation with the RS Ministry of Interior and the Police of the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina, are conducting an operation codenamed "Divič". The activities are aimed at prosecuting corrupt criminal offenses linked with the illegal importation of large quantities of various goods, mainly from the territory of the Republic of Serbia into Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In a case conducted by the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, five accused persons pleaded guilty and signed Plea Agreements, after which they were sentenced by the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
