27.11.2013. 15:43 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Yeru Fang - born on September 23, 1978 in Liaoning in the People's Republic of China, residing in Zenica, citizen of the People's Republic of China – charging her with the criminal offense of Tax Evasion under Article 210, Paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

26.11.2013. 15:08 Following the decision of the BiH Presidency approving the use of machinery of the Armed Forces of BiH in the efforts to accelerate the exhumation process the Chief Prosecutor is soon to meet with officials from the Armed Forces of BiH, in order to agree the specific details of the deployment of the machinery in excavations and other works at the exhumation sites.
