PRESS RELEASE

08.08.2025. 15:08 Acting on the order of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office, members of the BiH Border Police conducted searches and detained three persons - N.M.Z.* (1974) and officers of the BiH Border Police S.K.* (1981) and A.M.* (1993), because of the existence of grounds for suspicion that they committed the criminal offence of disclosure of secret data under Article 164 of the Criminal Code of BiH, and for endangering the investigation of serious crimes.

INDICTMENT ISSUED IN HIGH-LEVEL ORGANIZED CRIME CASE

08.08.2025. 10:32 The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued an indictment against Zlatko Ibrišimović*, born in 1985 in Sarajevo, citizen of BiH,  lawyer from Sarajevo, Alem Hodović*, born in 1983 in Priboj, Republic of Serbia, citizen of BiH and the Republic of Serbia, Maja Papić*, born in 1966 in Sarajevo, citizen of BiH and the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Fikret Memić*, born in 1954 in Sarajevo, citizen of BiH and the legal entity "E.S. TECH" d.o.o. Sarajevo.

08.08.2025. 09:12 Acting on the order of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, members of the RS Ministry of Internal Affairs deprived one person of his liberty, a former employee of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina whose employment was terminated after the disciplinary procedure, because of the existence of grounds for suspicion that he committed the criminal offence of Imperilling security under Article 150 of the RS Criminal Code and because of threats addressed to the Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Milanko Kajganić.

CUSTODY MOTION AGAINST SUSPECT STOJAN VASILJEVIĆ*

25.07.2025. 11:32 The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH submitted to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina a motion to order the suspect Vasiljević Stojan*, born in 2001 in Bijeljina, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, into custody. It was proposed that a custody measure be imposed for the reasons prescribed by Article 132 (1) (b) and (c) of the Criminal Procedure Code of BiH.  

PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH FILED INDICTMENT AGAINST MARKO PLAVŠIĆ AND OTHERS FOR CRIMINAL OFFENCE OF OBSTRUCTING OF JUSTICE

24.07.2025. 12:29 The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed an indictment against Marko Plavšić, born in 1989 in Banja Luka, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Ljuban Vuković, born in 1958 in Prijakovci, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Croatia, who are charged that on 25 February 2025 in Banja Luka, immediately before the date the judgment in case S1 2 K 046070 23 K (Milorad Dodik et al.) was to be pronounced, with the aim of intimidation, they sent threats to the judge of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sena Uzunović, via social media in a publicly available video, in order to prevent her from performing official actions of conducting the main trial in the phase of public pronouncement and publication of the judgment in the criminal case pending before the Court of BiH.
