Arrest and search activities are being conducted in several locations in Bosnia and Herzegovina and are aimed at prosecuting persons suspected of organised crime related to the illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs, including international smuggling of narcotic drugs, from the territory of South America to the territory of the EU and the Western Balkans.

The meeting between the Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Milanko Kajganić, and the Acting Chief Public Prosecutor of the Public Prosecutor’s Office for War Crimes of the Republic of Serbia, Dušan Knežević, was held in Belgrade.

The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina filed an indictment against:  

PROPOSED PROHIBITION MEASURES FOR SUSPECT FIKRET PREVLJAK (1961)*

After interviewing the suspect, the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina sent a motion to the Court of BiH to order prohibiting measures for the suspect, which, among other things, include the confiscation of documents, a travel ban, as well as a ban on contacting witnesses and suspects in the case and reporting three times a week to the relevant police department.

A working meeting of the delegations of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and the Supreme State Prosecutor’s Office of Montenegro was held at the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH. During it, an Agreement on understanding and cooperation in the field of support for witnesses, injured parties and victims was signed to allow their participation in criminal proceedings in war crimes cases.
