INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST SEVERAL PERSONS IN CASE WITH EVIDENCE FROM ENCRYPTED APPLICATIONS

The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued an indictment against several persons charged with organized crime linked with illicit international trafficking in narcotics, as well as several other criminal offenses. Most of the accused are from the Bijeljina area and the surrounding area and used the encrypted applications Sky and Anom, with identified usernames. They acted in connection with members of other groups or persons known to them in the territory of Serbia, the Netherlands, Spain and other countries, and planned, prepared and carried out the illicit trafficking in narcotics, engaged in the international sale and transfer of narcotics, offering for sale, purchasing and transporting narcotics for sale, as well as brokering in the international sale and purchase of larger quantities of narcotics "Cocaine" and "Marijuana". 
  • INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST SEVERAL PERSONS IN CASE WITH EVIDENCE FROM ENCRYPTED APPLICATIONS

The Court of BiH confirmed the indictment against the following accused persons:


1. Mile Rosić*, aka “Roske”, born in 1978 in Bijeljina, citizen of BiH, with previous convictions
2. Željko Radovanović*, aka “Krečo”, born in 1973 in Bijeljina, citizen of BiH, with previous convictions
3. Igor Vilotić*, aka “Giga”, born in 1979 in Zvornik, citizen of BiH, with previous convictions
4. Goran Radić*, aka “Krtova”, born in 1977 in Gračanica, citizen of BiH, with previous convictions
5. Samir Alagić*, aka “Alaga”, born in 1966 in Bijeljina, citizen of BiH, with previous convictions,
6. Mile Ilić*, born in 1985 in Lopare, citizen of BiH, with previous convictions.

With regards to the following accused, the Court of BiH has, by a decision, transferred the case to the competent entity prosecutors’ offices and courts, because these are criminal offenses defined in the Criminal Code of the RS:
7. Saša Kovačević* born in 1978 in Čačak, citizen of BiH and the Republic of Serbia,
8. Duško Bojić*, aka "Dule", born in 1965 in Tuzla, citizen of BiH,
9. Anđelko Đokić*, aka "Anđelo" and "Kristal", born in 1970 in Austria, citizen of BiH
10. Jovan Savić*, born in 1957 in Lopare, citizen of BiH, employed as a judge of the Basic Court in Bijeljina.
