FIRST INSTANCE JUDGMENT IN CASE WITH EVIDENCE FROM SKY AND ANOM APPLICATIONS - SENTENCES OF MORE THAN 20 YEARS OF PRISON

In the Sako Bibić et al. case, the Court of
BiH, after conducting the evidentiary procedure deciding on the merits,
delivered a guilty judgment sentencing the three defendants to more than 20
years in prison and fines in the amount of BAM 90,000 with the confiscation of
illegal proceeds in the form of expensive cars, real estate and money in the
amount of more than BAM 350,000 KM.
This is a significant judgment in the case with evidence from encrypted applications in one of the first cases in which consensual guilty pleas and a final verdict have already been recorded.
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH is continuing to work on these cases, in which 20 indictments have been filed against 105 accused persons so far.
