INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST ALEKSANDAR NIKOLIĆ AND OTHERS IN CASE WITH EVIDENCE FROM SKY AND ANOM APPLICATIONS

The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued an indictment against Aleksandar Nikolić* aka Saša, born in 1991 in Sarajevo, previously convicted, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and also against the following persons: Adi Nukić*, born in 1990 in Sarajevo, previously convicted, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina; Slobodan Radonja* aka Puh, born in 1977 in Sarajevo, previously convicted, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina; Vladimir Stevanović*, born in 1985 in Sarajevo, previously convicted, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina; and Zorica Radonja*, born in 1993 in Pale, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina. 
  • INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST ALEKSANDAR NIKOLIĆ AND OTHERS IN CASE WITH EVIDENCE FROM SKY AND ANOM APPLICATIONS

These accused persons are charged with having illegally carried out international transport and trafficking of narcotic drugs, namely cannabis sativa L, cocaine, amphetamine and heroin, in the period from the beginning of December 2019 to the end of 2021, as users of the encrypted Sky and Anom applications, and through mutual connections and agreements between groups operating in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, the Netherlands and Slovenia. 

They are charged with having committed the criminal offenses of Organized Crime under Article 250, Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195, Illicit Trafficking in Arms and Military Equipment and Products of Dual Use under Article 193, Money Laundering under Article 209, Accessory after the Fact under Article 232, all as referred to in the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
