REPRESENTATIVES OF THE BIH PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE PARTICIPATED IN THE FINAL CONFERENCE OF THE PROJECT ON STRENGTHENING CAPACITIES OF THE PROSECUTORS IN THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM
23.09.2025. 14:55Chief Prosecutor of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office Milanko Kajganić, member of the HJPC from the BiH Prosecutor’s Office Bojana Jolović and the Prosecutor from the Organized Crime Department Sanita Imamović participated, as presenters and panelists, at the final conference of the HJPC BiH project - "Strengthening Capacities of the Prosecutors in the Criminal Justice System", which has been implemented over the past 15 years with the support of the Swiss Confederation.
The project implemented activities to strengthen the efficiency and institutional capacities of prosecutors’ offices in Bosnia and Herzegovina, strengthen cooperation with police agencies and provide professional training for prosecutors and authorized officials, as well as to improve capacities in the field of public relations, cooperation with the NGO sector and care for persons who come into contact with prosecutors’ offices.
Prosecutors and professional staff of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH were active participants in a large number of implemented activities and this project was in many segments a significant step in strengthening prosecutorial capacities and prosecutorial community in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
