08.08.2025. 15:08Acting on the order of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office, members of the BiH Border Police conducted searches and detained three persons - N.M.Z.* (1974) and officers of the BiH Border Police S.K.* (1981) and A.M.* (1993), because of the existence of grounds for suspicion that they committed the criminal offence of disclosure of secret data under Article 164 of the Criminal Code of BiH, and for endangering the investigation of serious crimes.
After questioning the suspects, the prosecutor in charge will send a motion to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to order the prohibition measures set out in Article 126 of the Criminal Procedure Code of BiH.
