PROSECUTORS OF THE WESTERN BALKAN COUNTRIES PARTICIPATED IN THE SECOND CONSULTATIVE FORUM IN TIRANA, ALBANIA
20.06.2025. 10:24The forum was attended by Chief and Special Prosecutors from the countries of the Western Balkan region, who discussed challenges, experiences and international cooperation in the fight against organized crime
On behalf of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office, the forum was attended by Deputy Chief Prosecutor Džermin Pašić and the contact point for EUROJUST Prosecutor Sanja Ljuboje Romić.
The need for stronger regional cooperation and direct contacts, as well as the exchange of information between partner prosecution institutions, was pointed out. During the forum, the importance of the role and support that EUROJUST and the Project for Criminal Justice of the Western Balkans (WBCJ), within the framework of which the 2nd consultative forum was organized, provide to the institutions of the region was highlighted.
