MOTION FOR PROHIBITING MEASURES AGAINST FOUR SUSPECTS

The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has submitted a motion to the Court of BiH to order the prohibiting measures provided for in Article 126a (1) (a), (b) and (c) of the Criminal Code of BiH against the suspects Dejan Stanković, aka “Deki”*, born in 1982 in Šabac, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Jahija Mirsad aka “Čomba”*, born in 1963 in Bijeljina, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Saša Pavičević*, born in 1974 in Sarajevo, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia, Daliborka Jokanović*, born in 1980 in Sarajevo, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina (in the process of obtaining the Serbian citizenship) because there is a grounded suspicion that they have committed the criminal offences of Association to commit criminal offences under Article 249 in conjunction with the criminal offences of Tax evasion or fraud under Article 210 and Money laundering under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of BiH as well as several other criminal offences under the Criminal Code of BiH, the Criminal Code of FBiH, the Criminal Code of the RS and the Criminal Code of the Brčko District of BiH.
