INDICTMENT FILED AGAINST MIRO IVANKOVIĆ* FOR CRIMINAL OFFENCE OF UNAUTHORISED STORAGE OF GOODS
The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina filed an indictment against Miro Ivanković, aka “Pajdo”, born in 1962 in Široki Brijeg, citizen of BiH and the Republic of Croatia, because there is grounded suspicion that he committed the criminal offence Unauthorised storage of goods set out in Article 210b (1) of the Criminal Code of BiH.
INDICTMENT FILED AGAINST IVAN PANTIĆ* ET AL. FOR CRIMINAL OFFENCE OF COUNTERFEITING MONEY
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed an indictment against Ivan Pantić*, born in 2003 in Bijeljina, citizen of BiH, and Nikola Simić*, born in 1994 in Bijeljina, citizens of BiH, because there is grounded suspicion that they committed the criminal offence Counterfeiting money set out in Article 205 (1) and (2) of the Criminal Code of BiH, in conjunction with Articles 29, 53 and 54 of the same Code.
DETENTION MEASURE AND PROHIBITIVE MEASURES PROPOSED IN ŽELJKO RADOVANOVIĆ* ET AL. CASE
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH submitted to the Court of BiH a motion that the suspect Željko Radovanović aka “Krečo”, born in 1973 in Bijeljina, citizen of BiH, be ordered into custody for the reasons described in Article 132 (1) (a) and (b) of the Criminal Procedure Code of BiH. It has also been moved that the prohibitive measures set out in Article 126 (1) and (2) and 126a (1) (c) be ordered against the suspect Ognjen Vasić*, born in 1975 in Travnik, citizen of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, and that the prohibitive measures set out in Article 126 (2) and 126a (1) (c) of the Criminal Procedure Code of BiH be ordered against the suspects Dean Ignjatović* aka “Dirigent” /Conductor/, born in 1994 in Banja Luka, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mladen Blagojević* aka “Taraba” born in 1973 in Frankfurt, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Marko Mandić*, born in 1993 in Sanski Most, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This announcement does not prejudice the outcome of the criminal proceedings and does not violate the principle of the presumption of innocence. A person shall be considered innocent of a crime until guilt has been established by a final verdict (Article 3, paragraph 1 of the CPC BiH).
