OVERVIEW OF MAJOR ACTIVITIES FOR THE WEEK BETWEEN MARCH 31ST AND APRIL 4TH, 2025.

Please see below an overview of the most important activities for the week between 31 March and 04 April 2025.          

 

CUSTODY MOTION FOR SUSPECT ARMEL ZALIHIC*

The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has submitted a motion to the Court of BiH to order Armel Zalihić, born in 2003 in Konjic, into custody. The custody is proposed for the reasons described in Article 132 (1) (a), (b) and (c) of the Criminal Procedure Code of BiH.

The suspect is charged with the criminal offence of Terrorism under Article 201 (5) (i) of the Criminal Code of BiH.



INDICTMENT FILED AGAINST BENJAMIN MUKIĆ* FOR CRIMINAL OFFENCE OF SMUGGLING OF PERSONS


The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has filed an indictment against Benjamin Mukić, born in 1997 in Bugojno, because there is grounded suspicion that he committed the criminal offence of Smuggling of persons under Article 189 (2) of the Criminal Code of BiH.




INDICTMENT FILED AGAINST DŽEMAL HADŽIABDIĆ* AND OTHERS FOR CRIMINAL OFFENCE OF ORGANISING A GROUP OR ASSOCIATION FOR PERPETRATING CRIMINAL OFFENCE OF SMUGGLING OF MIGRANTS

The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina filed an indictment against Džemal Hadžiabdić, born in 1990 in Olovo, Stefan Prodanović*, born in 2002 in Zvornik, Predrag Lukić*, born in 1994 in Zvornik, and Aldin Isanović,* born in 1995 in Sarajevo, because there is grounded suspicion that they have committed the criminal offence of Organising a group or association for the purpose of committing the criminal offence of smuggling of migrants set out in Article 189a (2) of the Criminal Code of BiH in conjunction with the criminal offence of Smuggling of persons under Article 189 (2) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.




INDICTMENT FILED AGAINST DINO ALIČIĆ* FOR CRIMINAL OFFENCE OF COUNTERFEITING OF MONEY


The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina filed an indictment against Dino Aličić, born in 2002 in Bihać, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, because there is grounded suspicion that he committed the criminal offence of Counterfeiting money set out in Article 205 (1) of the Criminal Code of BiH.
