The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued an indictment against Dalibor Štrbac, born in 1978 in Prijedor, and Veselko Ducanović, born in 1963 in Banja Luka, due to grounded suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of Illicit Trade in Excise Products under Article 210a, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST MITAR IVANOVIĆ* FOR THE CRIMINAL OFFENCE OF ILLEGAL TRADE IN EXCISE PRODUCTS
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued an indictment against Mitar Ivanović, born in 1982 in Gradačac, a citizen of BiH, due to grounded suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of Illicit Trade in Excise Products under Article 210a, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST IVAN MARTINOVIĆ* FOR THE CRIMINAL OFFENSE OF ILLEGAL TRADE IN EXCISE PRODUCTS
The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued an indictment against Ivan Martinović AKA "Kama", born in 1970 in Široki Brijeg, due to grounded suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of Illicit Trade in Excise Products under Article 210a, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST SIMBAD BAJREKTAREVIĆ* FOR THE CRIMINAL OFFENCE OF TERRORISM
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued an indictment against Simbad Bajrektarević AKA Bambi, born in 1987 in Velika Kladuša, due to grounded suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of Terrorism under Article 201, Paragraph 1, in conjunction with Paragraph 5, item i) and a) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST AJDIN TANOVIĆ* FOR ILLEGAL TRADE OF EXCISE PRODUCTS
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued an indictment against Ajdin Tanović, born in 1978 in Zenica. He is charged with committing the criminal offense of Illicit Trade in Excise Products under Article 210a, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
This announcement does not prejudice the outcome of the criminal proceedings and does not violate the principle of the presumption of innocence. A person shall be considered innocent of a crime until guilt has been established by a final verdict (Article 3, paragraph 1 of the CPC BiH).
