INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST BAJRO PODGORČEVIĆ* FOR THE CRIMINAL OFFENSE OF COUNTERFEITING OF MONEY UNDER ARTICLE 205, PARAGRAPH 1, OF THE CC BIH

The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued an indictment against Bajro Podgorčević, born in 1992 in Živinice, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, due to grounded suspicion that he committed the continued criminal offense of Counterfeiting of Money under Article 205, Paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 54 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This announcement does not prejudice the outcome of the criminal proceedings and does not violate the principle of the presumption of innocence. A person shall be considered innocent of a crime until guilt has been established by a final verdict (Article 3, paragraph 1 of the CPC BiH).
