14.03.2025. 14:21INDICTMENT ISSUED IN HIGH-LEVEL CORRUPTION CASE AGAINST JELENA MAJSTOROVIĆ* ET AL. FOR THE CRIMINAL OFFENCE OF ASSOCIATING FOR THE PURPOSE OF PERPETRATING CRIMINAL OFFENCES UNDER ARTICLE 249 OF THE CC BIH AND OTHER CRIMINAL OFFENCES
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued an indictment against the following persons: Jelena Majstorović, born in 1978 in Prnjavor; Radenko Popović*, born in 1967 in Prijedor; Stevo Savić *, born in 1983 in Banja Luka; Vladimir Puzić*, born in 1979 in Banja Luka; and Vladimir Đurđević*, born in 1975 in Prijedor; due to grounded suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of Associating for the Purpose of Perpetrating Criminal Offences under Article 249, Abuse of Office and Authority under Article 220, Accepting Gifts and Other Forms of Benefits under Article 217 and Forging of Official Document under Article 226 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
