INDICTMENT FILED AGAINST YIKICA KAHRAMAN* AND EL AHMED MUHAMMED* FOR CRIMINAL OFFENCE OF ORGANISING A GROUP OR ASSOCIATION TO COMMIT CRIMINAL OFFENSE OF SMUGGLING MIGRANTS
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed an indictment against Yikici Kahraman, born in 2000 in Türkiye, citizen of Türkiye, and El Ahmed Muhammed, born in 1997 in Syria, citizen of Syria, because there is a grounded suspicion that they committed the criminal offence of Organizing a group or association to commit the criminal offence of smuggling migrants under Article 189a (3) of the Criminal Code of BiH, in conjunction with Article 189a (2) and Article 189 (1) of the Criminal Code of BiH, and all in conjunction with Articles 29 and 54 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
