INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR COUNTERFEITING OF MONEY
The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued an indictment against Dajana Gvozdić*, born in 2000 in Derventa, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Stefan Gvozdić*, born in 1992 in Banja Luka, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, due to existence of grounded suspicion that they have committed the criminal offense of Counterfeiting of Money under Article 205, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in conjunction with Article 29 of the same Code.
INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR ILLEGAL TRADE OF EXCISE PRODUCTS
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued an indictment against Miljan Skopljak*, born in 1976 in Visoko, a citizen of BiH, due to grounded suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of Illegal Trade of Excise Products in an attempt under Article 210a) paragraph 1 in conjunction
