CUSTODY MEASURE FOR SUSPECTS IN ASOT CAZAREAN* ET AL. CASE PROPOSED
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH submitted a motion that the suspects Asot Cazarean*, born in 1972 in the Republic of Moldova, citizen of Moldova, Al-Zebari Hoger Mohamed*, born in 1990 in Dohok, Iraq, citizen of Belgium and Iraq, and Giondis Christos*, born in 1961 in Greece, citizen of Greece, be ordered into custody. The custody measure was proposed for the reasons described in Article 132 (1) (a) of the Criminal Procedure Code of BiH.
The suspects are charged with the criminal offence of Smuggling of persons in violation of Article 189 (1) in conjunction with Articles 26 and 29 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
