INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST DRAGOLJUB GLIGIĆ* FOR CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY
03.01.2025. 09:51The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued an indictment against Dragoljub Gligić, known as "Gliga", born in 1969 in Prijedor.
The accused is charged with participating, in his capacity as a platoon commander at the Prijedor Public Security Station, together with other members of the army, police and the Ljubija Crisis Staff, in the unlawful capture, torture and killings of approximately 120 male Bosniak civilians in the areas of Miska Glava and Ljubija, as well as individual torture and killings in the areas of the village of Brda and the city of Prijedor in 1992.
The accused is charged with the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172 of the CC BiH.
