INDICTMENT FILED AGAINST JOVAN MILOVANOVIĆ* FOR CRIMINAL OFFENCE OF ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN NARCOTIC DRUGS
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed an indictment against Jovan Milovanović, born in 1959 in Novi Sad, citizen of the Republic of Serbia, because there is a well-founded suspicion that he committed the criminal offence of Illegal trafficking in narcotic drugs under Article 195 (2) of the Criminal Code of BiH, as read with paragraph (1) thereof.
INDICTMENT FILED AGAINST KERIM VALJEVAC* FOR CRIMINAL OFFENCE OF SMUGGLING OF PERSONS
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed an indictment against Kerim Valjevac*, born in 2003 in Sarajevo, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, because there is a well-founded suspicion that he committed the criminal offence of Smuggling of persons under Article 189 (2) of the Criminal Code of BiH.
INDICTMENT FILED AGAINST MIĆO FILIPOVIĆ* AND OTHERS FOR CRIMINAL OFFENCE OF ASSOCIATING FOR THE PURPOSE OF PERPETRATING CRIMINAL OFFENCES
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed an indictment against Mićo Filipović* (1974), Dragan Ostojić* (1967), Dragan Grgić* (1970), Milutin Turkić* (1983), Goran Milutinović* (1979), Đuro Todorović* (1998), Marinko Blagić* (1970), Lazar Nađević* (1960), Tomo Dragić* (1964), Slađana Stević* (1974) and Vid Ilić* (1964), because there is a well-founded suspicion that they committed the criminal offence of Associating for the purpose of perpetrating criminal offences under Article 249 of the Criminal Code of BiH (CC BiH), the criminal offence of Giving gifts and other forms of benefit under Article 218 of the CC BiH, the criminal offence of Offering bribe under Article 320 of the Republika Srpska Criminal Code and the criminal offence of Smuggling under Article 214 of the CC BiH, all in conjunction with Article 54 of the CC BiH.
INDICTMENT FILED AGAINST ANTONIO ANTIĆ* FOR CRIMINAL OFFENCE OF ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN NARCOTIC DRUGS
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed an indictment against Antonio Antić, born in 1987 in Zagreb, citizen of the Republic of Croatia, because there is a well-founded suspicion that he committed the criminal offence of Illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs under Article 195 (1) of the Criminal Code of BiH.
This announcement does not prejudice the outcome of the criminal proceedings and does not violate the principle of the presumption of innocence. A person shall be considered innocent of a crime until guilt has been established by a final verdict (Article 3, paragraph 1 of the CPC BiH).
