Custody motion for two suspects in the Zoran Galić et al. case.

The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina sent to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina a motion to order the suspects Blagoje Milović (1981) and Ivica Bago (1979) in custody, for the reasons described in Article 132 (1) (a) and (b) of the Criminal Procedure Code of BiH /CPC BiH/.

The suspects are charged with the criminal offences of organised crime under Article 250 of the Criminal Code of BiH /CC BiH/, abuse of office or authority under Article 220 of the CC BiH, smuggling under Article 214 of the CC BiH, breach of secrecy of proceedings under Article 237 of the CC BiH, illicit trafficking in excise goods under Article from Article 210a of the CC BiH and giving gifts and other forms of benefit under Article 218 of the CC BiH.

Custody motion against four suspects in the Enes Muratović et al. case - Enes Muratović (1967), a citizen of BiH, Ranko Đukanović (1965), a citizen of BiH and Serbia, Jelena Đukanović (1969), a citizen of BiH and Serbia and Ljubo Savić (1968), a citizen of BiH and Serbia.

The custody motion was submitted for the legal reasons provided for in Article 132 (1), (a), (b) and (c) of the CPC BiH.

The suspects are charged with having committed the criminal offence of organized crime under Article 250, in conjunction with the criminal offences of illicit trafficking in excise goods under Article 210a, illicit trade under Article 212 and money laundering under Article 209 of the CC BiH.

An indictment was filed for the criminal offence of terrorism under Article 201 of the CC BiH, committed in a state of insanity.

The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina filed an indictment against AA, born in 1995 in Sarajevo, previously convicted, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, because there is a well-founded suspicion that on 20 January 2024, with the intention of seriously intimidating the population in Bosnia and Herzegovina and seriously destabilising the fundamental political, constitutional and social structures of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the United States of America represented at the US Embassy to Bosnia and Herzegovina, he publicly threatened through social networks that he would carry out an attack on life and physical integrity, and restrict freedom of movement and by taking hostage the employees of the US Embassy in Sarajevo.

The defendant is charged that in the state of insanity he committed the criminal offence of Terrorism under Article 201 (5) (i) of the CC BiH as read with subparagraphs (a), (b) and (c) thereof, and all in conjunction with Article 201 (1) of the CC BiH.
