The operation codenamed ‘Rolex’ was carried out in cooperation and communication with EUROPOL structures and it is related to several persons suspected of organised crime connected with the illicit international trafficking in large quantities of narcotic drugs.

As part of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office case with evidence from the Sky and Anom applications, evidence was collected that the suspects, as an organized criminal group, in the period between 2019 and 2021, smuggled narcotic drugs in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and the countries of the region.

Activities in the case of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office were carried out by police officers of the Republika Srpska Ministry of Internal Affairs, SIPA and other partner police agencies. Searches were carried out at several locations in cities in both BiH entities and a total of five suspects were handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office.

After questioning the suspects, the prosecutor in charge from the SKY Team of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH will make a decision on the motion that custody or prohibition measures be ordered, as well as on other investigative activities in the case.
