A Prosecutor from the Counter Terrorism Section issued

The aforementioned person translated texts and content
into Bosnian language, as well as downloaded content, photographs and
recordings of the murders of soldiers, civilians and children, and the
glorification of the so-called ISIS structures and their activities in the area
of Asia and Africa, making these contents available to a larger number of people
with the aim of encouraging people in Bosnia and Herzegovina to carry out
terrorist activities.
Following further activities of law enforcement
agencies, the suspect was identified and located in the area of Vitez.
The accused is charged with having committed the criminal offense of Encouraging Terrorist Activities in Public under Article 202a, in conjunction with Article 202d of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The investigation and expert examination established that the perpetrator committed the criminal offense in a state of mental incapacity caused by post-traumatic stress disorder, with comorbidities of severe depressive episodes, which is why the indictment proposes to place the accused into an appropriate health facility.
