CHIEF PROSECUTOR, MILANKO KAJGANIĆ TOGETHER WITH THE PROSECUTORS OF THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH, PARTICIPATED IN THE MEETING OF THE STRATEGIC FORUM FOR COOPERATION OF PROSECUTOR’S OFFICES AND POLICE AGENCIES IN BIH
30.11.2022. 15:37The strategic forum, which has already significantly contributed to the strengthening of cooperation between prosecutor’s offices and police agencies in Bosnia and Herzegovina, held its XXVI meeting, and the topic were the new Instruction on procedure and cooperation of authorized officials and prosecutors in evidence gathering during investigations as well as recommendations from the third Peer Review report - expert analysis of the fight against organized crime and corruption based on specific cases - proposed measures and activities in the area of cooperation between prosecutor’s offices and police agencies.
The meeting of the Strategic Forum was attended by the Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH - Milanko Kajganić, together with the prosecutors of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, the Chief Prosecutor of the Federal Prosecutor’s Office of FBiH - Munib Halilović, Acting Chief Prosecutor of the Republic Public Prosecutor’s Office of the RS - Miodrag Bajić, Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Brčko District of BiH - Zekerija Mujkanović, Director of the State Investigation and Protection Agency - Darko Ćulum, Director of the RS Police - Siniša Kostrešević, Chief Inspector of the Federation Police Department - Mirko Kuprešaković, Chief of Police of Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina - Goran Pisić and project representatives of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina - Amila Rahić and Aleksandra Todorović.Dear Media Representatives, when transmitting news please bear in mind that persons referred to in the news and information of the BiH Prosecutor's Office, have the status of a suspect or an accused person.
