Given that among the ballots there were also ballots for elections at the level of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as entities, the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and OJT Prijedor acted in a coordinated manner.In joint activities, it was agreed that persons deprived of their liberty would be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina within the legal term. In coordination with the Central Election Commission, the necessary activities will be agreed in order to implement a legal election process at the said polling station.
