INFORMATION FROM THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA REGARDING THE “RESPIRATORS” CASE
21.07.2020. 13:39The Prosecutorial Team of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina is collecting evidence and analysing the acts and actions of all natural and legal persons, both in the country and abroad, who played a role in the procurement of the respirators that are being investigated by the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
All those persons are being checked, whereas information published on certain portals are inaccurate and intended to cause damage and hinder the investigation of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina is the only institution that can provide true and accurate information about the work on the aforementioned case, and its work continues in the direction of making a final prosecutorial decision in the "Respirators" case.
This announcement does not prejudice the outcome of the criminal proceedings and does not violate the principle of the presumption of innocence. A person shall be considered innocent of a crime until guilt has been established by a final verdict (Article 3, paragraph 1 of the CPC BiH).
