1. MARKOVIĆ Radomir, born on June 6, 1954 in Rogatica, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina;

2. KUŠIĆ MILE, born on  January 7, 1971 in Rogatica, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina;

3. BOŽOVIĆ Dragan, born on March 19, 1968 in Rogatica citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina;

4. PERKOVIĆ SAŠA aka "Sale", born on October 14, 1971 in Rogatica, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina;

5. Gluhović RADOMIR aka "Rašo", born on  January 7, 1964 in Rogatica, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina;

6. RADOVIĆ Pero aka "Nemo", born on May 16, 1963 in Rogatica, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina;

7. Vukasinović Ilija, born on September 14, 1961 in Rogatica, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina;

8. Vukasinović Miloš, born on March 1, 1968 in Rogatica, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The accused are charged with having participated in a widespread and systematic attack of the VRS /RS Army/ and police directed against the civilian Bosniak population in the area of Rogatica i.e. its surrounding villages Karači, Vragolovo and Golubovići while acting in their respective capacities i.e. accused Marković as the commander and the other accused persons as members of a company of Rogatica Brigade of the VRS.

In the attack that was carried out in September 1992, the accused persons participated in armed raids of the houses owned by Bosniak civilians. During the raids they found a group of around 20 Bosniak civilians, mostly women, children and elderly persons who were hidden in a garage in Karačić village as they feared for their lives.

The accused have taken the civilians, at gunpoint, while beating them all the way with rifle butts to a nearby barn where they opened fire from their automatic weapons and killed the victims. Afterwards they started the fire that burned the bodies of the victims.

At this particular ruin the remains of several victims were found and identified while other bodies of the victims have not been found yet.

The accused are charged with having persecuted and killed civilians during a widespread and systematic attack directed against the civilian population, thereby committing a criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172 of the CC BiH.

The indictment will be forwarded, along with large body of evidence, to the Court of BiH.
