INFORMATION ABOUT ACTIVITIES IN THE OPERATION WITH THE CODE NAME “DAMASCUS”
05.09.2014. 12:39Following the operation “Damascus”, which was carried out under an order of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, suspects are expected to be handed over to the Prosecutor on the case this afternoon or evening.
After that, in the presence of their respective Defense Counsel, the Prosecutor will examine the apprehended persons as suspects suspected of committing the criminal offense of terrorism.
Upon completion of the examination, the Prosecutor will make a decision as to who are the suspects for whom he/she will file a motion seeking pre-trial custody or prohibitive measures, in compliance with the law.
After filing the motion with the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina tomorrow, the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina will communicate information to media on Saturday, September 6, 2014, on who are the suspects for whom pre-trial custody or prohibitive measures have been sought, in compliance with the law.
