THE ACCUSED DRAGAN VUJIČIĆ CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT

The accused Dragan Vujičić concluded a plea agreement expressing his guilt for the criminal offense of Illicit trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH.
  • THE ACCUSED DRAGAN VUJIČIĆ CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT

The accused Dragan Vujičić - born on September 4, 1977 in Trebinje where he resides, with prior convictions, citizen of BiH and the Republic of Montenegro - entered into plea agreement with the Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.

By virtue of signing the agreement the accused Vujičić fully admitted committing the criminal offense he was charged with by the indictment of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued on February 20, 2014.

Pursuant to the agreement the Prosecutor agrees that the accused be rendered a one (1) year imprisonment sentence by the Court of BiH.

The proposed sentence is in line with the role of the accused in commission of the criminal offense listed in the indictment.

With this agreement the accused confirms that he is aware of the content of the indictment of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH. He also confirms that the plea statement was given voluntarily, knowingly and with full understanding of its legal consequences.

By virtue of signing the plea agreement the accused pledges to testify, when summoned, before the Court of BiH.

Pursuant to this agreement the accused has waived his right to a trial as well as his right to appeal the criminal sanction that shall be rendered to him by the Court of BiH.

The accused Dragan Vujičić is charged with having performed illicit international purchase and sale, transfer and transport of narcotic drug "Marijuana" during the months of November and December 2011 from the territory of Montenegro to Bosnia and Herzegovina in the intent of its further sales in the territory of BiH.

The agreement was submitted to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
