INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST MILAN ĐAJIĆ (1974)
07.10.2013. 15:03The Department III of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has issued an Indictment against Milan Đajić, born on 15 October 1974 in Foča, resident of Banja Luka, citizen of BiH.
The Indictment charges Milan Đajić with multiplying and distributing several author’s works, including textbooks and professional literature whose authors are professors of the University of Banja Luka, in the period from 2009 until 13 March 2012, in Banja Luka, on the premises of the ‘MAKO PRINT’ and ‘Digital Print Shop 2’ d.o.o. /Ltd./ owned and founded by him, without the authorization of the author or other holder of copyright or person entitled to give such authorization pursuant to the law of BiH, thus acting in violation of Article 15, Article 20, Article 21 and Article 22 of the Law on Copyrights and Related Rights (‘Official Gazette of BiH’, No. 63/10).
The accused Milan Đajić was thus multiplying and distibuting author's works without author's or publisher's authorization, and is consequenty charged with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights, as referred to in Article 243, paragraph 1 of the BiH CC.
The Indictment has been forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
