IMPOSURE OF PROHIBITIVE MEASURES PROPOSED FOR three more PERSONS DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY IN THE OPERATION CODENAMED "SKELA-SPIDER"

Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor's Office filed a motion to impose prohibitive measures for the following suspects:

-       B. P. (1980), residing in Bratunac municipality, BiH citizen,

-        V. M. (1976), residing in Bratunac municipality, BiH citizen, and

-        Ž. J. (1977), residing in Bratunac municipality, BiH citizen.

The suspects were arrested on June 10, 2013 by the authorized officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency - SIPA, in a joint police operation "Skela-Pauk" /Pram-Spider/, which was carried out by the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, together with the State Investigation and Protection Agency - SIPA, BiH Border Police and the RS Ministry of Interior.

The aforementioned suspects are charged with having committed the criminal offence under Article 250, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH, in conjunction with the criminal offense of Smuggling of Goods under Article 214, Paragraph 2 of  the CC BiH and the criminal offense of Organizing a Group or Association for Smuggling or Distribution of Goods on Which Duties Were Not Paid under Article 215, Paragraphs 1 and 2 of the CC BiH. Following the questioning the Assigned Prosecutor proposed that the following prohibitive measures be imposed: house arrest under Article 126, Paragraphs 1 and 2; ban on meeting with certain persons referred to in Article 126a. Paragraph 1, Subparagraph c); and the order to periodically report to a specified state agency referred to in Article 126a, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph d) of the CPC BiH.

The proposal for imposure of prohibitive measures was submitted to the Court of BiH.
