PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH WILL FILE AN APPEAL AGAINST THE DECISION TO TERMINATE CUSTODY IN THE CASE OF ŽIVKO BUDIMIR AND OTHERS
27.05.2013. 15:17The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has received the Decision of the Court of BiH on termination of custody and it will file an Appeal to such a Court’s Decision in a timely fashion, within the next three days, moving the Court to re-order custody in this case.
Moreover, the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH continues its investigation in this case with the aim of filing an Indictment, which will be filed very soon.
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH continues its activities in combating corruption, in which no person is untouchable.
