BY ORDER OF THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE OF BIH FOUR SUSPECTS WERE DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY
13.02.2013. 15:45- Muhamed Anadolac, born in 1972 in Bihać,
- Abid Ljubijankić, born in 1969 in Bihać,
- Sabahudin Hafurić, born in 1972 in Bihać and
- Husein Begić, born in 1964 in Bihać.
These suspects are under investigation with the suspect Safet Kovačević, and are suspected to have, as members of the V Corps of the R BiH Army, committed war crimes against the ethnic Serb victims in March 1995.
They are suspected with having, during the transport of 31 Serb prisoners collected from multiple locations in Bihać, Cazin and border crossing Izačić for the purpose of intended exchange, performed various forms of physical and psychological torture on prisoners and with having mistreated, beaten and tortured prisoners in humiliating ways.
During the day the suspects shall be handed over to the Assigned Prosecutor who shall question them and then make a decision on filing a motion for custody.
