INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST HASAN HUŠIDIĆ (1965)
24.01.2013. 15:08Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Hasan HUŠIDIĆ, born on June 16, 1964 in Bihać where he resides, a citizen of BiH.
The indictment of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH charged Hasan HUŠIDIĆ to have, on May 26/27, 2012, obtained, in a manner known to him, three (3) counterfeit banknotes in denominations of 10.00 BAM which he knew to be counterfeits. On that day, around 03.00 a.m. he gave the aforementioned three counterfeit banknotes to one person, with the intent of bringing it into circulation as genuine.
The accused is charged with having obtained the counterfeit money with the intent to put it into circulation as genuine, thereby committing the criminal offense of Counterfeiting of Money under Article 205, Paragraph 2 in conjunction with Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
