INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST A PERSON FOR CRIMES AGAINST CIVILIANS IN HADŽIĆI MUNICIPALITY
31.12.2012. 08:29Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued and submitted to the Court of BiH an indictment against the following person:
Azemin Sadiković - born on June 5, 1972 in Sarajevo, where he resides, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina – charging him with the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians under Article 173, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph c) in conjunction with Article 180 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
The accused Azemin Sadiković is charged to have, in May 1992, killed four Serb civilians in the village Kasatići - hamlet Miloševići located in Hadžići municipality.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
