INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST ENES PRŠIĆ (1965)
30.10.2012. 15:29The indictment charges Enes PRŠIĆ to have on September 4, 2012 in his shop "The Music Shop" located in Sanski Most put into circulation copyrighted works (movies, music, cartoons, DVD - games) a total of 1056 CDs/DVDs without the permission of the author and well aware that those were illegal copies thus violating the applicable legal provisions of copyright laws.
The accused Enes PRŠIĆ is charged with having put copyrights, which were multiplied without permission of the author, other copyright holder, or a person authorized to give permission, into circulation. As the permission is it necessary pursuant to BiH laws he thereby committed the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH, in conjunction with the Law on Copyright and Related Rights ("Official Gazette of BiH ", No. 63/10).
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
This announcement does not prejudice the outcome of the criminal proceedings and does not violate the principle of the presumption of innocence. A person shall be considered innocent of a crime until guilt has been established by a final verdict (Article 3, paragraph 1 of the CPC BiH).
