INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN NARCOTIC DRUGS
23.08.2012. 08:55The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against R.E. charging him with the Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs.
The Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against R.E. (1964), from Berane, citizen of the Republic of Montenegro.
The accused is charged with illicit international transfer and transportation of Marijuana (Cannabis), in the amount of about 5 kilograms, from the area of Republic of Montenegro to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The indictment charges the accused with having committed the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
