INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST SAŠA LEKOVIĆ (1973)
23.07.2012. 15:03Department III Prosecutor issued an indictment against Saša LEKOVIĆ - born on January 24, 1973 in Bihać, residing in Banja Luka, BiH citizen - charging him with Impermissible Use of Copyrights.
The indictment charges Saša LEKOVIĆ with having made unauthorized copies of copyrighted works - school and university textbooks and books by various authors without the consent of the author, other copyright holder or a person authorized to give approval in two of his business premises located in Banja Luka during the period from 2003 to March 13, 2012, aware that those were illegal copies made contrary to current legal provisions on copyrights and related rights in BIH, by which he committed the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
