INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST THREE PERSONS FOR ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN NARCOTIC DRUGS
25.05.2012. 15:05Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against three persons who are charged to have jointly committed the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195, Paragraph 2 in conjunction with Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH, all in conjunction with Articles 54 and 29 of the same Code.
The indictment was issued against the following persons:
1. N.H. born on September 8, 1983 in Zenica, where he resides, with prior convictions, citizen of BiH,
2. N.H. born on May 16, 1977 in Zenica, where he resides, with previous convictions, citizen of BiH,
3. Z. Š. born on November 25, 1975 in Zenica where he resides, with prior convictions, citizen of BiH.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation
