INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST EIGHT PERSONS ACCUSED OF INTERNATIONAL NARCOTIC DRUG SMUGGLING

Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against eight persons, who are alleged to have committed the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250, Paragraphs 2 and 3, in conjunction with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and in conjunction with Unauthorized Production and Sale of Narcotic Drugs under Article 238, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The indictment was issued against the following persons:

1.   D.O. born on August 17, 1980 in Sarajevo, residing in Kiseljak, with prior convictions, citizen of BiH and the Republic of Croatia,

2.   F.E. born on August 17, 1971 in Sarajevo, where he resides, with prior convictions, citizen of BiH,

3.   D.G. born on February 9, 1987 in Nikšić, permanently residing in Herceg Novi, a citizen of the Republic of Montenegro.

4.   S.D. born on May 9, 1982 in Nikšić, where he resides, a citizen of the Republic of Montenegro,

5.   S.E., AKA "Samko," born on May 25, 1974 in Dubovi - Tutin, residing in Sarajevo, a citizen of BiH and the Republic of Serbia.

6.   A.K., aka "Goro", born on October 19, 1982 in Sarajevo, where he resides, citizen of BiH.

7.   J.V. born on May 4, 1981 in Zenica, residing in Busovača, with prior convictions, citizen of BiH and the Republic of Croatia, and

8.   S.P. born on October 9, 1978 in Visoko, residing in Kiseljak, with prior convictions, citizen of BiH and the Republic of Croatia.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        

The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
