INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST TWO PERSONS FOR TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS
04.04.2012. 15:13Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against the following persons:
M.J., born on August 18, 1967 in Doboj where he resides, a citizen of BiH
V.M., born on March 7, 1980 in Novi Kneževac - the Republic of Serbia where she resides, a citizen of the Republic of Serbia.

The accused persons, have, as co-perpetrators, by use of force, threat of force and fraud, held female victims of trafficking captive for the purpose of exploitation in prostitution, and M.J. has also kept weapons. that the citizens are not allowed to possess, without permit, hence the accused are charged with having committed the criminal offense of Trafficking in Persons under Article 186, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH, and the accused M.J. is also charged with having committed the criminal Offense of Illicit Manufacturing and Trading in Arms or Explosive Substances under Article 399, Paragraph 1 of the CC RS.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
