INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST TWO PERSONS FOR ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN NARCOTIC DRUGS
26.03.2012. 15:22Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against two persons charging them with the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH, in conjunction with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195, Paragraph 1 of the same Code.
The indictment was issued against the following persons:
- V.K., born on January 1, 1968 in Busovača, where he resides, with prior convictions, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Croatia, and
- S.B. born on September 30, 1969 in Zenica, residing in Busovača, citizen of BiH and RC.
They are charged with smuggling of narcotic - Marihuana "Skunk" from Bosnia and Herzegovina to the Republic of Croatia, committed during the 2011.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
